In 1983, founder Don Denne earned his Real Estate license and put his business experience to work in the industry. He has worked with several well-known Real Estate companies since that time. In 1995, Don and his wife Bettina opened their own mortgage company, Family Funding. In some cases, real estate agents or loan officers get their spouses invovled in either real estate sales or lending allowing the other to do the opposite. Training is available. Even though these are two separate entities and each has its own licensing restrictions, this allows a family to benefit with commissions from both areas.

Generating business doesn't have to be the toughest challenge for Real Estate or Lending Professionals.
We are actively invovled in a lead source program which is something that each licensee has an opportunity to take advantage. These sources of leads come to us in many different ways. Some are purchased and some through our company. Regardless, you have access to them. Please inquire for specifics.
If you are a licensed real estate agent with our company and you associate yourself with our licensed loan officers or vice versa, those individuals can give you leads that should open the door for new business. Even though there are restrictions on referrals, there certainly can be a reciprication program. That's why it is important that each specialize in their own field and take advantage of in house business.

MINIMAL FEES
Monthy fees are expensive and affect your net income. With us you will not be charged for desk fees, franchise fees, or junk fees. In addition, our company will work with you by being flexible with regard to Board of Realtors and MLS membership fees. E & O insurance premiums are based on each transaction for your protection.

Your license can make you money! You studied, took the test, and earned your license, SO MAKE SOME MONEY! With this economy, you may need to do this on a part-time basis. If you are a real estate agent or a loan officer, put your license with us. By disclosing to the client that as a real estate agent you will be sharing your real estate transaction with another real estate agent licensed with our company, you can earn a commission on that transaction. Now, if you are a loan officer and you want to share your file with another loan officer licensed with our company, you will still need to disclose that to the client. Lending is different than real estate, so certain restrictions may apply. Some day the market will change and you may have an interest in getting back full-time in this industry. It could be a win/win situation for you. Without monthly fees, how could you lose?
